Email Setup
Email Setup:
The system uses email for several different features including emailing sales reports and allowing employees to email each other. You can have sales reports Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales reports sent to you automatically. To do this, choose the type of report you want and select when you want it sent. Additionally, you can set the time of day it is sent.

For emailing to work, you must also setup your SMTP server. This is the outgoing email address that your Internet provider uses. Optionally, you can add a username and password to your SMPT server. This is not required by most ISP's, but if you may need it. Check with your provider. You must also setup a company return address. This is where any replies to your emails are sent.

Additionally, you can allow employees to send emails to each other throughout the system. These will be sent to the email addresses setup in the employee setup. These addresses will remain hidden from the sender and recipient. All addresses will have the company return address. This protects the privacy of your employees. To set up employee email, choose a minimum security level for sending email and check the enable employee email box.

Click the Save Email Settings button when done.
